Who is Netword and Rabbit Marketing Services?

Rabbit Marketing Services, LLC, (“Rabbit Marketing”), is Netword's Internet-marketing and sales division. Rabbit Marketing’s corporate office is located in Ventura, California; however, Rabbit Marketing may have both Dealerships and Joint Venture Partnerships throughout the United States.

What is the "Netword App"?

The Netword App is the software technology a user installs in moments to upgrade their browser - sometimes known as a browser plug-in, add-on or extension - and which enables them to perform enhanced searches.

The Netword App provides the user a direct connection to qualified, select businesses and their associated discounts.

How does the Netword App work?

Netword is a tool of convenience and savings. There is no spyware or malware to be concerned about, and any private information you may provide us remains private.

After you’ve installed the Netword App into your favorite browser, you simply use your favorite search engine as you always have. If you enter a valid Netword (a key word or phrase that has been implemented into our service, such as “home improvement”), you will get an immediate Netword result alongside your search engine results.

The Netword result will present you with complete information for a local merchant that has been vetted by Netword, based upon your search term. Even better, you’ll often find a printable coupon or discount for that business or service.

If you enter a search term that is not a Netword, you get your usual search engine results, and nothing else. It’s that simple.

What is Netword’s Protection Coverage Plan™ (PCP)?

Netword advertisers agree to be in compliance with Netword’s requirement to provide their Customers a Protection Coverage Plan™ (“PCP”) for the product or service they sell to Customers.

Netword advertisers shall post notification on their website(s) that their products and/or services include, but are not limited to, a customer satisfaction guarantee.

Can I remove the Netword App? Is it spyware?

The Netword App is not spyware, or malware. Spyware is software that sends information from the user's computer without their knowledge whenever the computer connects to the Internet. This information is sent without the user's informed consent. It does not respect your privacy.

The Netword App is an upgrade of your favorite browser. It is installed, first and foremost, with the consent of the user. It may easily be removed upon demand by accessing "Add or Remove Programs" in the PC Control Panel. Otherwise, it can be disabled or removed via your browser’s “add-on” or “extension” tools. Further, the Netword Agent does not send any information, benign or otherwise, upstream to any other service or website. We fully respect the computer user's right to privacy.

Is a Netword result considered a pop-up?

Netword results are designed to respond to user demand as opposed to unsolicited and intrusive pop-ups. As such, they are not pop-ups. Rather, they are an immediate method to direct traffic and a real-time visit of a user to a business’ Netword result. This Netword result is displayed in half-screen format to the right of the search engine’s result. These results are delivered in all Netword-enabled browsers.
